| The process will include restoring more than thirty bunkers in the Mackenzie style, creating more teeing areas and a continuous cart path, continuing an ornamental planting scheme, rebuilding the third and ninth greens and sorting out the course's considerable drainage problems. Much of the original design is still apparent. Many of the narrow fairways are lined with majestic redwoods dating back to the turn of the century. The greens are in good shape. The signature hole is #9, a 528-yard, par 5, featuring a double dogleg fairway and an elevated green. This hole has been voted the most challenging in Sonoma County. Senior discounts are available Tuesday through Thursday for eighteen holes only. |
